Global Internet? Phooey!

Total disaster! How can I live here now? I got the Internet up and going and set up my computer. I even installed a webcam in Japanese! I am such a techno wizard! The Internet connection is really fast –but, hulu.com and Pandora.com don’t work here! All the full episode videos (even from ABC, NBC, CBS sites etc) are blocked. I can’t get music or TV or movies? This is not acceptable! Tomohiro took all the good CDs but I figured, hey, I’ll just listen to Internet radio. I can watch a show each night and feel in touch. I was so wrong! Not only that, our one and only bookstore with English books is gone! I mean, the next closest one is 200 miles away. A little panic has set in. Look, I don’t want to be a native. I want MY shows and MY music in MY language. Sigh.
