Jaga Imo Potatoes

We dug up the first row of jaga the western type potatoes. They came in all sizes and shapes but it was a pretty good yield from the small field. We sorted them out by size and my in-laws took the largest ones and left me with the marble-ping pong ball sized tubers. Thanks. These are also challenging to store during the summer so it is best to eat them now. I like potatoes as a winter food but I guess we can make lots of potato salad and curried potatoes.
